It's finally time to sign up for the Winter Exchange. Under the cut is the sign up sheet, and all the rules etc can be found in this post along with the submission headers.
Sign ups will close at Midnight on the 30th October GMT. Here is the world clock if you want to convert the deadline to you time zone.
