Author's Notes: Dear darkhairedgirl, I hope that you won't be too disappointed, although this can't be exactly what you've had in mind. I used one of your photo prompts and some lines from three of the songs you listed. There is less fun and less politics than I and probably you would like, and this is mainly just about a friendship and some attempts at romance. Since this little story is set in GoF era and five years later, and I follow the canon of the first five HP books, there is a canonical character death. There is some questioning of sexual orientation and also the possibility of interpreting a character as asexual while the character is not quite aware of it.
