Summary: Ginny thought she hated weddings until she met Pansy
Author's Notes: I've snuck in a couple of your other pairings,digthewriter, so enjoy :D
Ginny hated weddings, but as it was her brother getting married she was expected to be there.
It wasn’t that Ginny didn’t like Neville, or that she didn’t want him marrying Charlie, but that she just found weddings so boring.
Weddings were a breeding ground for nosy and judgemental relatives, and Ginny was expected to smile at them and be polite even though most of them were anything but. If she had to listen one more time to someone telling her that being a women’s football player wasn’t a suitable career choice…
Ginny downed the rest of her cherry Martini and swept her gaze across the dance floor. Neville and Charlie were slow-dancing and looking utterly in love; Ron, the poor sod, had been roped into dancing with Aunt Muriel; and Harry and Sirius’s ‘dancing’ looked one step away from dry-humping each other right in front of everybody.
“Fascinating, isn’t it?” came a new voice next to Ginny. “Seeing how low people’s standards get once they get on the dancefloor at weddings?”
The speaker was a woman about Ginny’s age, with sleek black hair cut into a short bob. Her dress was skin-tight and emerald green, matching the bright colour of her eye-shadow and nail-varnish. Ginny felt her mouth go dry at the sight, and the woman gave Ginny a knowing smirk.
“I’m Pansy,” the woman said, offering her hand. “Only slightly gate-crashing the reception after I snuck in with that biker dude.”
Pansy jerked her thumb towards Sirius, who was now ushering a semi-shirtless Harry into the men’s loo.
Ginny rolled her eyes at the pair, before remembering she still hadn’t shaken Pansy’s hand. “I’m Ginny; brother of the ginger groom.”
“Like I couldn’t tell,” Pansy smirked, her gaze flicking to Ginny’s hair. “Is your boyfriend here, Ginny?”
“I don’t have a boyfriend,” Ginny answered, giving Pansy a smirk of her own. “I don’t do boyfriends full stop.”
“Oh?” Pansy purred. “There’s something we have in common, then. Girlfriend?”
Ginny shook her head. “And yourself?”
Pansy leant towards Ginny, resting her hand on Ginny’s knee. “Not yet.”
Pansy cocked her brows, and Ginny felt a flutter run through her stomach. Pansy was a very attractive woman, and more than that, she was available and interested.
“Can I show you a trick, Ginny?” Pansy asked, reaching across to pluck the cherry from Ginny’s empty glass. She popped the cherry in her mouth, and pulled it out moments later with the stem tied in a knot. “You see? I’m good with my tongue.”
“Oh yeah?” Ginny grinned, dropping her gaze to peek at Pansy’s ample cleavage. “Care to show me in a more practical manner?”
Pansy smiled widely, sliding off the stool and offering Ginny her hand.
Ginny had been wrong; she loved weddings.

I just love that this is Cheville wedding ---> it's a thing, go with it. and then...my fav... Harry and Sirius’s ‘dancing’ looked one step away from dry-humping each other right in front of everybody. because OF COURSE they would! <3 <3 only if Draco would meet them in the toilets in a couple of minutes!
I love how bold Pansy is and then Ginny gives it right back - as good as she got!
