More on Challenges

Thanks once again for all your comments on the last post. It seems that deadlines tend to be great motivators for a lot of people; at the same time, a number of you agree that having the freedom to go back to fulfill older challenges is one thing you'd like to keep. So we the mods have decided to compromise.

The first part: as of right now, all our challenges will be closed, with the exception of Challenge #8. There is now a deadline for Challenge #8 - February 11.

The second part: after a deadline passes, we will introduce new challenges, also with deadlines. However, the challenge we introduce may turn out to be "The Rewind Challenge" (similar to femslash100), in which the prompt will be to revisit an older challenge. You'll never know when The Rewind Challenge will pop up.

Hopefully this will help motivate some of you - not just to do the challenges as we present them, but also to go back and try your hand at a previous challenge. :)
