Character Pairing: Luna/Blaise
Prompt: inadvertent investment

Summary: Blaise Zabini is an enigma, even to those closest to him. He also get bored very easily. Luna Lovegood is anything but boring. Blaise realises that he does indeed enjoy Luna's company and that maybe, just maybe she's a bit attached to him as well.
Author's Notes: That thing about disregarding most of canon, yep, still applies. Oh! I see both Blaise and Luna as a bit more advanced than other children their age- it isn't as if either of them has the most conventional childhood. ;) That is why they seem a bit older than their actual ages.
