The deadline has passed for the Summer 2009 Wishlist Event, so it's about time to post the masterlist, don't you think?

This round has been amazing, everyone! Forty-one wishlists, and eighty fics! Wow! You've all really outdone yourselves! And we are of course very happy that everyone received at least one gift.

If you are currently working on any last-minute fics for the event, feel free to post them within the next week or so, and we will add to the masterlist. And don't forget to comment on the gifts you received!

If you see any errors, please do point them out; and we love general feedback, so don't hesitate to comment!

Onward! )

Title: Violently Loving You
Pairing: Tom/Minerva
Request: Tom (Marvolo) Riddle/Minerva – Tom falls in love... and that's a dangerous thing
Rating: Hard R; WARNINGS: dub-con; non-con, bloodplay (all very minor, but...)
Word Count: 686
Summary: It's a sudden and violent realization.
Author's Notes: o.O Like my journal says, I don't think enjoy would be appropriate here.

Title: IV. The counsel of the wicked
Character Pairing: Tom Riddle/Minerva McGonogall
Prompt: The counsel of the wicked
Rating: PG
Word Count: 904 (I am undergoing wordiness rehabilitation.)
Summary: A little night conversation, of a sort.
Author's notes: 'Blitzen' is 'lightning' in German, hence 'Blitzkrieg' as 'lightning war,' and apparently one of Santa's reindeers. The Maginot Line was a spectacularly unsuccessful set of fortifications built by the French after WWI, prompting an English proverb.

Title: III. Don't Say Yes
Character Pairing: Tom Riddle/Minerva McGonogall
Prompt: Don't Say Yes
Rating: PG
Word Count: 901 (Yes! First time under 1000 words.)
Summary: Curiosity killed the cat, as the proverb goes. Well, this time it will just make her miserable.
Author's Notes: Writer's block stopped this one dead in its tracks for a while. What started off as one prompt bled into two and I certainly want to avoid posting out of chronological order.

Title: II. Slytherin (adjective) does not describe Slytherin (noun).
Pairing: Minerva McGonnagall/Tom Riddle
Prompt: Misnomer
Rating: G (again!)
Word Count: 1498 (Sorry!) I have an excuse - it's the important-later-on encyclopaedia intro.
Summary: Tom might have missed the Blitz, but Fall Seelöwe - the invasion of England - looms. He's been evacuated to the country and by Merlin, he's not happy.
Author's Notes: In spite of my best efforts, I think I've dislocated the historical timeline by a few months. 'Operation Sealion', Göring and Raeder belong to Hitler - the Reichsmarschall wouldn't fit through my door anyway - and the term Gezaubererpolizei (literally 'magic police') belongs to Valdhery's HP fic Of Snakes and Foxes. I did mean to submit this before I left for Germany in January, but I forgot. Oops.

Tom Riddle: a Slytherin who isn't a Slytherin. If you catch my drift. )

At last, the moment for which you've all been waiting with crossed fingers and bated breath: THE BIG REVEAL - huzzah! We'd like to take a moment just to thank you all for your participation this round; it was a lot rougher than last year, true, but when all was said and done, we still had quite a bit of fun. (We're even rhyming, see?)

Since THE BIG REVEAL is now up, feel free to post your stories on your own journals, etc. And make sure you comment, if you haven't already, on the gift written for you! But don't stop there! Everyone (especially our fantastic pinch-hitters; thanks again, ladies and gentleman!) worked very hard to create high-quality gifts. So go forth and COMMENT, and give 'em the love they deserve.

Any feedback for us, too, about how we ran this round, etc., is always much appreciated.

But enough of us! We present to you... THE MASTERLIST! (So go see if your guesses were right. :D)

Accio Masterlist! )

Happy Holidays! ♥

Title: Maybe
Pairing: Tom Riddle/Minerva McGongagall
Rating: R
Word Count: 933
Summary: There was something in his gaze, something hidden in those impossible eyes, that was special. It was like the smell of rotting corpses, the sharp glint of metal against skin, and roses all in one, and it was just for her.
Author's Notes: Many thanks to my betas, P and T. Slightly inspired by ‘Versions of Violence’ by Alanis Morissette. Enjoy!

Title: Residues
Pairing: Tom Riddle/Minerva McGonogall
Prompt: the residue of Monday
Rating: G *is ashamed*
Word Count: 1012
Summary: Tom finds a room sealed from the rest of the castle, but he isn't the first.
Author's Notes: It's not really possible to move higher than G with an eleven- and thirteen-year-old, so I hope the idea of Minerva being more interested than she should be filters through.
Pre-1930s Hogwarts (including Tom's ancestors) is based on the Marvoloverse since JKR gives us no canon information. (This will become important later.)
