Summary: On entering her third year at Hogwarts, Ginny discovers that she may join a secret only-witches organization. But joining means having to complete a complex magical assignment with several of her female schoolmates… which could have unexpected consequences on all of them.
Author's Notes: I do hope this suits your request. It was the first time I used the drabble approach and, as you know, it has its restrictions. I’ll be happy to expand in the comments on any aspects of the story that are just suggested or implied.
Notes: no beta, but thanks to K1K3R0 for helping with brainstorming. Slight AU, as in this story the Yule Ball takes place on New Year’s Eve instead of Christmas. The title, “Sequitur hic astrum”, is Latin for “Follow this star”, I hope. I’m not a Latin expert.
Warnings: slight AU, femmeslash, a lot of next-gen (but necessary to the plot).

Also, this was written to while listening to Gomenasai by Tatu, not really the words but the way the flow of the song worked well for the atmosphere I was wanting. So enjoy!
