I was wondering how rare the pairings have to be?

Such as, what about pairings like Ron/Pansy, Harry/Pansy etc.

This may be a silly question but I didn't see anything referencing this on the rules post: Is this a themed exchange? As in is it alright if our fic doesn't directly reference winter or winter holidays?
