Well, it's finally here: the Rarepair Shorts Winter 2009-2010 Fic Exchange!
In case you weren't around last year, go check out the masterlist from last year, or the year before. That'll give you some idea of how things work, and how much fun this event can be!
PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS POST CAREFULLY BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS. There is a lot of information to sift through, because absolutely everything you need to know is in this post. ADDITIONALLY, we have added a few things to the rules this year, so please be sure to glance through them again if you've read them in previous years.
GENERAL RULES
01. You must write a fic of at least 800 words and no more than 2000 words pertaining to your assignment. You also have the option of breaking it down into drabble form - you may write as many drabbles as you wish, but the combined total number of words must be at least 800 words as well (and again, no more than 2000). Fics should be completed and should not be sequels to or continuations of a pre-existing work.
02. Fics must not be rated higher than R. Please be tasteful and mindful of your recipient's wishes.
03. Obviously, you may only request/write about rare pairs. What counts as a rare pair? Anything not on this list.
04. All fics must be beta-read and spell-checked before submission. If you can't find someone to beta-read your fic(s), you can PM us (
![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
05. Upon receiving your assignment, please reply to the email to confirm that you have received it. If at any time you find yourself struggling with your assignment, PLEASE CONTACT US! We will help out sort out any problems and will reassign you if need be.
06. Upon completion, send in your fics to rarepair.shorts.mod[AT]gmail.com with subject line "RPS Fic Exchange (your username)". Fics will be due by January 17, 2010.
07. Fics should be in either .txt, .doc, or .docx format, and should include all the proper html tags. Also include the proper heading information:
Author: Your LJ name, which will be hidden until the reveal
Recipient: The LJ name of the person you are writing for
Title:
Pairing:
Rating:
Word Count:
Summary:
Author's Notes: Thank your betas, leave a note for the recipient, give any warnings for the story, etc.
If you've decided to go with the multiple drabble approach, then be sure to do one of these headers for each drabble, excluding the Author and Recipient lines.
Copy header here:
08. If you need an extension, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This year, we have decided that we will grant extensions that only last a week and a half after the deadline has passed. Frankly, we are tired of being strung along for a few weeks only to have a participant drop out.
09. As far as dropping out goes... we really hope that you don't, though we understand if real life gets in the way. Don't sign up if you know you won't have the time to write a quality fic for your recipient. If you do drop out of the exchange, you will not receive your gift - it will either be regifted or posted to the community for everyone. (We will, of course, check in with writers to make sure that this is okay with them.) Additionally, if the deadline passes and we don't hear from you within two days, we will automatically assume you've dropped out, unless you've previously contacted us. We can't waste any more time and energy trying to hunt you down - it isn't fair. Those who drop out irresponsibly (that is, after the deadline and/or extensions were granted) will not be welcomed back in future rounds of the exchange. We understand that sometimes having to drop out isn't your fault; however, this isn't always the case, and we don't want to have to deal with the same irresponsible participant two years in a row.
10. This is an ANONYMOUS exchange, and it will remain as such until the time of the big reveal. So, please don't go posting your fic all over the place until after the masterlist is posted.

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Sirius/Marlene, Andromeda/Lucius, Katie/Lee, Charlie/Tonks, Susan/Terry
Desired rating of your gift: No higher than M, thanks
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: I love angst, opposites attracting, references to history and literature (either Muggle or wizarding, I don't mind), awkwardness between characters, characters with specific quirks (what they are is up to you)
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: I don't want PWP or even an explicit sex scene, which I think rules out the majority of kinks anyway. I'm also not a big fan of violence.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: Het only
Highest rating you will write: M
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: Anyone from the Marauders' era/the original Order, minor characters from Harry's era. I can also write more major characters, such as Harry, if you get desperate. Angst is probably your best bet for genre.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: see my don't want list. I also don't want to write Next Gen at all, if that's possible.
Any additional writing strengths: (optional) My pieces are very character driven, so it's probably best not to match me with a writer whose fic demands a lot of plot.

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Draco/Luna, Albus/Gellert, Albus Severus/Hugo, Dean/Seamus, George/Lee, Ginny/Blaise, Ginny/Seamus, Harry/Pansy, Percy/Oliver, Sirius/James, (school age) Minerva/Tom Riddle, Godric/Salazar, Salazar/Rowena. Um, I tried. Options are good?
Desired rating of your gift: Anything's fine.
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: Honestly, I'm not picky. I just love my pairings. Umm, I like wit and humor, but I'm good with angst as well. I don't mind infidelity, especially when it comes to rare pairs. Friendship turned love fics are awesome. If Albus Severus/Hugo (or any of Harry's generation except Harry/Pansy), a history (or present) of Harry/Ron is love. Just have fun with it; I'm sure I'll love it.
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: No dark!fic, gross kinks, non/dub-con, MPREG (just not my thing), OOC-ness, character bashing, wedding or baby fic, toothache-inducing fluff, gender-bending, or cross-dressing.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: Slash, yes. Femme, not so much (again, just not my thing)
Highest rating you will write: Probably PG-13, but R if the mood strikes.
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: Any of my pairings and likes listed above are fair game. I love writing Ginny, Luna, Hermione, Draco, Neville, Pansy, Harry, Ron...Any generation is fine, too, though I'd prefer Harry's generation or before.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: Anything listed above in my don't wants. No Death Eaters other than Draco or Severus. No Femmeslash. No cross-generation pairings. No name-only characters.
Any additional writing strengths: I like dialogue and plot. I'm willing to try most genres. Don't know if those are strengths, but I felt like pointing them out.

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Harry/Pansy, Ron/Pansy, Lucius/Hermione, Seamus/Pansy, Draco/Bellatrix
Desired rating of your gift: Any
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: I love dark!fic and angst as a general guide.
Harry/Pansy: Uncomfortable situations, serving detention together
Ron/Pansy: Abuse fic, with her abusing him, or heavy angst if you don't like that
Lucius/Hermione: Prisoner style fic - it's the only way I see these two together!
Seamus/Pansy: New discoveries
Draco/Bellatrix: Lessons - could be about anything
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: OOC, mpreg
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: Femmeslash yes, not slash
Highest rating you will write: Any
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Pansy, Lucius, Bellatrix, Narcissa, Draco. Angst, dark!fic, adultery, BDSM.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: No minor characters (like Katie Bell, Angelina, Michael, Zacharias etc.), no Tonks, Remus, Marauders, Luna, Fenrir. No PWP, crack, male/male, mpreg, werewolves, bestiality, Voldemort.
Any additional writing strengths: I work really well if I'm given a good plot to spark off my creativity.

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Harry/Gabrielle, Sirius/Bellatrix, Bellatrix/Barty Jr, Ginny/Theo
Desired rating of your gift: G to PG-13
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: These might seem familiar... ;)
Harry/Gabrielle: HUMOR. Something inspired by: "So shallow, not even an infant could drown within this compassion." Please give Gabrielle her accent, otherwise choose a different pairing.
Sirius/Bellatrix: Dark. Prompt: Valhalla. Sirius is not in love with Bellatrix and never will be; please keep Sirius IC. I'd be okay with some violence here.
Bellatrix/Barty Jr: Dark(/Humor?). I'd love to see them band together on a mission to overthrow the other Death Eaters or something equally ridiculous and nonsensical. I love me my crazies. :P A bit o' stream of consciousness might be love? Really go all out with the psychopath/mental issues.
Ginny/Theo: Humor, with witty banter. Prompt: a touch of evil.
In general, I'm fond of: mysteries (both humorous and dramatic), sneaky nerdy references (if you throw in something about electronics or irrational numbers I will love you muchly), UST LIKE WHOAAAAAAAA, dramatic irony, snark/sarcasm, getting-together fics, friendships, crack (here's a random prompt: a sparkly of my very own), plotplotplot, puzzles/logic, creative uses of magic, banter.
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: The usual squicks (BDSM, mpreg, blah blah blah...) Please don't use the words 'lover' and 'arse', unless you're joking. Use obscenities sparingly. Smoking/drunkenness. Excessive fluff or angst. Cliches. OOCness. Established relationships. Quidditch or either of the Wars as the focus of the plot. SMUT -- this is my biggest no-no.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: Femmeslash. The only slash I can readily pull off is Tom Riddle//Voldemort slash. And then it would probably be cracky. (But not necessarily.)
Highest rating you will write: R for violence/gore
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: I particularly enjoy writing crack, humor, and dark!fics. I have a preference for the elder generations... my favorite characters are Bellatrix, Voldemort, Gilderoy Lockhart, Rita Skeeter, and Viktor. But I'll write most anyone since I highly doubt there is a great demand for Lockhart (the poor sod).
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: No incestuous pairings except for Sirius/Bellatrix, nothing smutty-like. I won't write Luna, Crabbe, Goyle, Blaise, most Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws/most members of the DA, next-gen characters, interview characters (except Astoria), or Dumbledore. Crossgen is okay.
Any additional writing strengths: I'm pretty flexible. ;)

Desired rating of your gift: PG - light R
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: a signed copy of 'Magical Me' must be included somewhere, an unexpected kiss, and set within Hogwarts Era. Other than that I'm good.
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: Panties, or lust or any other word in relation to that found in a novel written for sixty year-old women is not cool. Any severe fluff or angst. and all that jazz (incest, smut, BDSM and ect.)
Giving

Highest rating you will write: light R
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: anything
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: sexytimes and relates sexual kinks, fluffy!fluff

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive:
Seamus/Pansy
Seamus/Lavender
Oliver/Lavender
Arthur/Molly (any time period)
Minerva/Mad-Eye Moody (any time period - AU okay)
Desired rating of your gift:Any
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: Be specific! I'm pretty easy - I like in school or out of school, canon or AU, post-DH is a preference, I like next gen situations - if they have kids, marriage, pubs, Leaky Cauldron, I don't mind angst through it, but I like a happy ending, gen fic, romance - both great, I like in character and good characterizations, I like secondary/minor characters (well, I suppose I'm here, right?)
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: Again, it only helps to give as many details as you can. Include squicks. No incest, teacher-student, underage sex, not a fan of infidelity, but if it serves the story and there's a good plot, go for it, no hardcore anything, light bondage is okay (is that an R rating?), but they should be having fun
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: No, I'm sorry, I'm just no good at it.
Highest rating you will write:R
Characters and genres you can or would like to write:Weasleys, Hufflepuffs, pub settings, family life, fluffy, realistic, gen, romance, try to write humorously, but I don't do straigh humor.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: Include squicks. Can't do Dark characters or Slytherins as main characters, I really only write romance with gen overtones.
Any additional writing strengths: (optional)None that I can think of.

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Percy Weasley / Marcus Flint; Severus Snape / Regulus Black; Remus Lupin / Regulus Black; Remus Lupin / Peter Pettigrew; Percy Weasley / Oliver Wood.
Desired rating of your gift: I don't mind.
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: I'm pretty easy going. I'll just list some absolute fave scenarios for inpsiration -
Percy/Flint - Flint has a crush on the dorky prefect. <3
Snape/Regulus - Regulus hurts Snape more than Sirius ever could...
Lupin/Regulus - Remus knows Sirius would kill him, but he does it anyway...
Lupin/Pettigrew - Marauder era, Peter idolises James and Sirius, but Remus captures his interest in a different way...
Percy/Oliver - Fluff!
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: Mpreg, and incest as something desirable. That's about it.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: Both. Although I'd sooner not write het if possible.
Highest rating you will write: We're only going up to R? R it is then.
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: Marauder era slash, quidditch slash ...pretty much any form of slash. I can write angst or fluff, friends or enemies.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: I'd really rather not write het, I find it difficult. Squicks? Hmmm, no explicit underage sexual antics. I can't write the second gen stuff either, as I've not read any at all.
Any additional writing strengths: (optional)

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: George/Luna (Rarepairs OTP), Seamus/Pansy, George/Gabrielle, Teddy/Rose, Draco/Asteria
Desired rating of your gift: Anything is fine...let the writing take you where it will.
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: If you're going with George, I love including WWW moments - i.e. things that crop up in the shop spill over into his homelife and vice versa. I'm a sucker for proposal fic, or first dates, first kisses, first moment of realizing you're in love, etc. If choosing Draco/Asteria, it'd be nice to have something unexpected draw them together. I like romance and humor, and would be equally happy with a plot driven fic as I would with one celebrating a smaller, quieter everyday moments. Also, if going with George, it's a bonus if you can incorporate any David-Tennant era Dr. Who quote that seems to fit the fic. Pansy/Seamus should be all about the love/hate.
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: I like my characters with as little OOC-ness as possible. Also, no adultery, necro, mpreg, scat, breath/bloodplay, major BDSM or bondage, rape, dub-con, non-con, slash, femmeslash, incest, beastiality.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: No. No problems with it...I just don't write it well.
Highest rating you will write: R (but my R's tend to be on the softer/lighter side).
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: In terms of pairings, any of the ones I listed in my gift to receive. I could also probably pull off a decent Albus Severus, Romilda Van, or Tracey Davis as far as characters go. My writing tends to be lighter and more on the fluff or gen side, but I can do angst too.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: Include squicks. I cannot write any of the things I listed as my own squicks. Also, I cannot write Ron/XX or Hermione/XX. I'm really canon about that pairing, and can't bear to write them with anyone else. I can pair George with just about any female *except* Angelina.

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: (in order of preference)
i. Cormac McLaggen & Hermione Granger
ii. Adrian Pucey & Katie Bell
iii. Lysander Scamander & Lily Luna Potter
iv. Harry Potter & Megan Jones
v. Neville Longbottom & Megan Jones
vi. Blaise Zabini & Romilda Vane
Desired rating of your gift: up to R, as long as it isn't tasteless smut! :)
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: these are somewhat specific to the pairing.
i. i love the cat-and-mouse dynamic they exude in the movie and book. so i'd love for the story to play on that, for cormac to be trying with increasing difficulty to woo her. it's up to you to decide whether he eventually charms her, whether she settles for him out of pity, or whether she ignores him and goes on about his business. points if she's dating someone, preferably ron, and eternal love if ron/whomever gets into some sort of altercation with cormac.
ii. their dynamic should be either playful or romantic. i would prefer a story with the two of them in a relationship, perhaps going through something that might threaten to tear them apart. ultimately, i want them to have their feelings for one another in tact, whether they can remain together romantically or have to separate. perhaps a death eater alternative? i'm not sure, take this wherever you like. note for if you choose this, feel free to ask questions. i adore this pairing and don't mind any questions you might have for preferences.
iii. i always see lysander as a charming, smooth, yet luna-esque individual and his twin to be more like their father. lily, to be brazen yet completely head over heels for lysander. i'd love for the story to be silly because of lily's fruitless daydreams or attempts to win over lysander, or even just a session where they sit and she stares at him for an hour, thinking about other things than what he might be tutoring them in. uhm, let's see. preferably in school, with maybe some jokes from james and albus that lysander might not like her because he's into guys? go wild :) also, if you use houses as an importance, i picture lysander and lily as gryffindors, lorcan as a claw, and james and al to be gryffindor and slytherin respectively.
the others are non-specific to anything. i would just appreciate them being written if you find you can't write the first three. some prompts that can go for any story are: "all those times that you hurt me, did you close your eyes?," "i wish he meant it when he kissed me," "i could have been the best thing you ever had," invisible attraction, quidditch, boredom, "getting even," offhandedly, springtime visit, chocolate, "i don't think 'i can't wait until i'm your ex' is the best pick up line," outspoken. if you ever can't think of a prompt, my favourite thing to use is the random phrase generator (http://watchout4snakes.com/CreativityTools/RandomWord/RandomPhrase.aspx), which i find has a very useful array of words and can create a very awesome one/two-word prompt.
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: let's see. general OOC behavior, try and keep the Slytherin cocky and confident, the Gryffindors stubborn yet passionate, Hufflepuffs shy yet bold, not pushovers! And Ravenclaws intelligent, appealing, yet respectable.
no subject
Date: 2009-12-11 09:12 pm (UTC)Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: yes, of course. i'd do better, if i had to write these two, with femmeslash.
Highest rating you will write: R.
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: i adore Slytherin/Gryffindor pairings, I can appreciate a good Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff fic, especially Hufflepuff. i tend to deal on the end of the spectrum that has more difficult pairings, but there are few things i won't write, which are in the next one. i'd give anything a try as long as it's not listed below. i would love a really, really rare pair that fits in the criteria of what i wouldn't write, seeing as these exchanges give me a chance to try something new.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: excessive fluff. i am not in a good place for excessive fluff, but fluff in general is fine. uhm, canon! student/teacher relationships. if one former student becomes a teacher, then that is a different situation than an established canon teacher and an established canon student. i don't do well with teacher/teacher relationships, student/teacher, or anything like that. i don't like incest, especially Weasley/twincest, so please don't. also, i can't write in any accents EXCEPT the Delacour one :) i don't like two-generation cross gen (i.e. Lucius Malfoy and Rose Weasley) because that gap is so uncomfortably large in age and in maturity that it would be somewhat weird for me to write. but yeah, i can deal with a width of Draco and Rose, just not too far beyond that.
Any additional writing strengths: like i mentioned, i can write Gabrielle/Fleur's accent fairly well. i'll give anything a try, within reason, of course!

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Tom/Luna, Remus/Luna, Lucius/Luna, Narcissa/Luna, Cho/Luna, Tom/Harry or Tom/any male classmate from his years at Hogwarts (if you do this, make it cracky), or anything obscure such as Moody or Flitwick/anyone of your choosing.
Desired rating of your gift: anything that's appropriate for this fest :)
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: I normally love some humor, and since I like to read fics that's set around the same time as the seasons, I'd love a story to be set around winter and the holidays. What does the pairing of your choosing do during the winter season? Do they prepare for a holiday? What mischief can come about during the time? Again, I rather am fond of humor, so if you can mix that in with the winter/Christmas/Yule theme, that'll be great. :) Perhaps gift-giving of some kind, may it be a concrete gift or non-concrete gift.
I enjoy fluff, but not too much of it, ditto for romance, I like humor but not to frivolous, maybe even angst but nothing melodramatic. Like all good things in life, I like things in moderation. I’m pretty easy going with things, so feel free to include anything.
Tom/Luna or Remus/Luna - extra love if they met a cyborg, and what their reactions would be at the whole idea of having one’s body turned into bionic parts.
Other little tidbits which are optional: hot cocoa, gingerbread, gingerbread houses, Christmas trees, decorations, snowstorms, snowflakes, candles...and anything else related to winter time.
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: OOCness unless if the fic is overtly cracky and insane to begin with. :) Also, please no Rita Skeeter.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: Willing to write both, though I am slightly more confident with writing femmeslash
Highest rating you will write: Anything
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: LUNA! Riddles, older characters, females, Remus, Snape...generally confident with these. I love really obscure pairings too.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: If I am to write Draco, I would either make him bookcanon(whiny)!Draco or Potter Musical!Draco because I love that type of Draco, so if you want a suave Draco, I'm not your writer. :) Also, not too sure of Next Gen characters. Not confident at all on pulling it off unless if I have a detailed explanation of the giftee’s idea of the characters and/or fics I can read to get ideas how to write the characters.
Any additional writing strengths: People who have read my stories often praise me for having a healthy mixture of humor and seriousness all in one scene and for staying true to a character’s personality. Let's hope I can pull it off again. :)

Desired rating of your gift: any
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: if crossgen: the older party is smarter, the younger thinks that s/he is smarter; I like dark(ish), angst, inappropriateness, danger, irresponsibility, infidelity, breaking the rules and going away with it, insolence, playing more confident than one really feels, white lies, half-truths, skimming over unpleasant facts, one-offs, but also perfect moments and giving in (temporarily).
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: marriage proposals, weddings, children, fluff, next-gen characters, tame Death Eaters (please, do make them dangerous!), BDSM, crack, established relationships.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: only het and slash
Highest rating you will write: R
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: Sirius, Walden Macnair, Ginny, Lily, Gellert/Albus, Regulus, Bill, Charlie, James, Rosmerta, dark, angst, infidelity, crossgen

Top five (or so) pairings you'd like to receive: Percy with just about any female, Rita Skeeter/Mad-Eye Moody, Lavender Brown/Oliver Wood, Pansy Parkinson/Neville Longbottom, Lucius Malfoy/Rose Weasley
Desired rating of your gift: Any.
Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: Surprises, someone getting what they deserve, justice being served, a happy or satisfying ending, humor, mild fluff, someone (maybe someone you don't expect) being extremely clever, anger or hostility masking attraction, money (and lots of it), magic featuring prominently in the plot
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: Incest in any form, elderly characters (i.e. Dumbledore, Auntie Muriel, etc. unless it's when they are young), torture, extreme violence, gore, horror, the more extreme kinks (i.e. stuff that really needs to be warned for), sports (unless it's just mentioned, but no play-by-play of a game), little kids, Marauders
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: I have never written any slash or femslash but am willing to give either one a try.
Highest rating you will write: R
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: I've written quite a bit of Snape and Hermione, also some Neville, but I think I could do just about anyone (aside from those listed below), missing canon moments and other canon-compliant fic, character-based fic, mild angst, mild fluff, humor
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: Incest, elderly characters, any of the really sick Death Eaters like the Carrows, torture, extreme violence, gore, horror, extreme kinks, battle scenes, heavy smut
Any additional writing strengths: You will not find a single comma missing or out of place. :-)

Situations, genres, prompts, things, etc., you want: exploring Hogwarts/Hogsmeade/Diagon Alley, playing/watching Quidditch, a long walk through the forest, being together after time spent apart, huddled in the corner during a party
Situations, genres, things, etc., you DON'T want: I don't like most NC-17 (and the situations/squicks that go along with the rating), incest, whining, or crack!fic.
Giving
Are you willing to write slash, femmeslash, or both?: femmeslash
Highest rating you will write: R
Characters and genres you can or would like to write: I like to write the older characters/teachers/parents. The more obscure the better. Love Ravenclaws or Hufflepuffs.
Situations, ships, characters, genres, etc., you CANNOT or would NOT like to write: I don't write bad guys (death eaters and the like), rape, incest, adultery, or any of the typical squicks that are in an NC-17 fic.
Any additional writing strengths: I'm fairly good with comedy.
