What has gone on before: After some BDSM play went horribly wrong, Sirius was caught in a fugue-state believing he was in Azkaban again. After coming back to himself, Sirius remained frightened of his dominant lover, Kingsley, because he hallucinated Kingsley as one of the Azkaban guards attacking him. Rest & reassurance have helped Sirius became re-connected to his actual life, rather than the equally-real-feeling hallucinations.
