Thank you so much! rosevalleynb had some great choices to work with in their prompt post (both pairing- and prompt-wise) and I don't know why this particular pairing stuck out to me so much, but I'm glad that it did! And thank you for picking up on the dissatisfaction Angelina is feeling; I really wanted to show that everything is a choice - Alicia chose to find happiness in her marriage, even if it wasn't something she initially wanted for herself, and even though Angelina's freedom to choose her own spouse might be more desirable on the surface, there are other parts to a successful relationship than just initial attraction.
