Wow, I love this! Your Irma has all the sharp angles that I would expect from her in canon, but also this wonderful sense of fun, which isn't something I ever would have imagined her having, but works really well, especially with this pairing. And Rosmerta is all roundness and curves and warm fires and cocoa, and I love how well they go together, even though I'd never considered this pairing before. Wonderful story :).
