As I'm reading through your long list and I applaud you on compiling it. I have to wonder if you've considered the fact that there are people out there that consider canon "not rare". So if we follow that logic, which I know many people do think this way, then that would make Draco/Pansy, Harry/Ginny, James/Lily and Lucius/Narcissa not rare.
